Distance between nails, variations:
- 0.31 in (8 mm) beginner (suited for someone who is more sensitive)
- 0.39 in (10 mm) intermediate ( is a good match for someone who enjoys walking barefoot, cold plunges, consistent meditations, or other mind-body practices)
- 0.47 in (12 mm) advanced ( for people who have been confidently and easily standing on intermediate level more than 15 minutes)
- 0.59 in (15mm) expert (will suit experienced yogis and people with low pain sensitivity)
